Description
This is 100% Sauvignon from vines with an average age of 20 years, grown on limestone soils ( caillotes and silex )
Pale gold colour. On the nose, beautiful aromatic expression with connotations of ripe fruit and white flowers, with great persistence and elegance on the palate. A fine balance between freshness, suppleness, minerality and fruitiness.
Perfect as an aperitif or with seafood, shellfish, white meat. Ideal with Fish in sauce, salmon with puff pastry, Crottins de Chavignol
Can be kept up to 10 years although it's so approachable at an early age that few bottles will last that long.
