Claret is an old school term used to describe red wine from Bordeaux. At this sit-down, guided tasting you are greeted by a blind flight of 8 red wines, where only one is a true Left Bank Cabernet dominated Bordeaux blend.
The flight will include an array of Bordeaux-inspired international wines like a Super Tuscan and a pure California Cabernet, as well as some Italian and Spanish varieties that may throw you off the scent. This fun tasting is for all abilities and seeks to show you how to distinguish between different styles and identify what your palate loves! This is a ticketed sit-down tasting of 8 wines.
