Following the roaring success of our Riesling World Cup where the USA took gold, we wanted to have a go with the Reds and couldn’t resist anything other than Pinot Noir. Despite being an arduous challenge to grow, it is a variety that wine growers hate to love and consumers love to LOVE. We’ll pit the Pinot Noirs of France against German Spatburgunder and Italian Pinot Nero as well as a mix of Southern Hemisphere expressions to replicate a true round of World Cup finals. This is a ticketed sit-down tasting of 8 wines that must be pre-booked.
