An orange wine, so fermented long on the skins and with minimal sulphur and intervention in the winery. It's a bright, copper tangerine colour with a caramel, chocolate orange nose and there's a hint of salted almonds too. Massive concentration in the palate showing sweet and sour, plenty of savoury notes and piles of gentle clementine juice and green tea on the mid palate. A wonderful experience.
