The Gavi DOCG del Comune di Gavi has always been integral to the historic identity of Villa Sparina.
It is a great classic made from the Cortese grape; a white wine with a unique strength and exquisite freshness that express truth and the region. Lively, fresh and fruity, this Gavi gives harmonious, immediate and contemporary flavours. Bright yellow colour, delicate bouquet of flowers and fruit with a scent of peach. Full and rich flavor, the complete grape-ripening gives a wine which is soft on the palate with a fine aromatic flavour at the end.
