Based in Volnay, this estate has some lovely vineyards in Volnay Meursault and Pommard. It has an illustrious history and is in the enviable position of owning 11.5 hectares of sought-after Volnay Premier Cru including the Clos des Ducs monopole.
Guillaume d'Angerville is repectful, both in his winemaking and of the vineyards under his care. He converted to vineyards to biodynamism in 2006.
All the hard work has already been done in the vineyard ! In the winery there is minimal new oak and soft extractions. High class, polished examples of top Volnay.
