6 bottle pack.
Three smooth whites from a near perfect vintage in southern Burgundy – two from Côte Chalonnaise and one from the Mâconnais. It is a bit of a coincidence that the villages all happen to begin with 'm', but these three beauties are sure to leave you saying 'mmm…'!
You'll get two bottles each of:
– Macon Villages "la Crochette" 2018, Jean Loron
300 years and 8 generations of vine growing gives the Loron name a head start in selecting the best fruit from Lugny and Vire. A sumptuous smoothie.
– Montagny Villages 2018, Maison Roche de Bellene
New in. This is a goody with richness in the mid palate with the delicacy and aromas of stephanotis and tangerine juice. Polished and perfumed. Biodynamic.
– Mercurey "Clos Rochette" 2018, Faiveley
Bunches were perfectly ripe and there was no great rush to harvest resulting in depth and complexity here. And a quarter of the must is fermented in barrels too, just like Puligny.
