Description
The nose combines a very fruity aroma (yellow fruits, peach, apricot, quince) but also a presence of citrus aromas, characteristic of limestone soils. The palate is precise and straightforward, with an acidity that gives the wine a tight structure. The wine brings a lot of pleasure when it eventually opens up. The fruity aromas are amplified but the wine remains rigorous, very dry, and the acidity brings a sharpness and tension.
